At Total Blackout Blinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all standard-sized window treatments. If your blinds don't provide the perfect fit or complete darkness you expected, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repackage your blinds in their original shipping box, ensuring all mounting hardware, brackets, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
